Content means any text, graphics, audio and video and also extends to the page layouts of this Site and any social media channels and emails. Depending on which membership tier you have chosen you have permission to access and edit our pre-designed templates. You may edit, download and share / sell your edited templates. Please refrain from selling our templates exactly as they appear on our site – if you would like to sell the templates, edit them to make them your own first (by changing fonts and colours). You may add our design elements / clip art to your designs and share / sell them. You may not download our individual design elements / clip art and sell them as individual items ie. if they are not part of your overall design.
If you are a “FREE” member of Designsta you have access to all of our free social media graphics that you will find here: https://designsta.com/social-media-images/square-social-media-image-800px/social-media-image.html you will not have access to any of the other templates available in Designsta and must upgrade to a paid “Basic” or “VIP” to access all of the other templates and design elements / clip art. If you are a “Basic” or “VIP” member you have access to all of our templates and design elements / clip art. You may edit, download, share and sell your designs that you have created in Designsta.
Loss or Damage
We have no liability to You for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. To the maximum extent permissible at law, our aggregate liability to you in connection with these terms howsoever arising in contract, negligence or otherwise, is limited to £250.
Refund Policy
The law provides you as a consumer with the entitlement to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or misdescribed.
You can cancel your order for any physical product up to 14 days after your order is delivered.
Should you decide to purchase a membership programme from this site then you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. If you change your mind about purchasing you are entitled to a refund for up to 14 days following the purchase. Should your membership course or programme start within that 14-day period and you decide to cancel then you will be refunded, but the amount of any coaching sessions or value received will be deducted from your refund. Deductions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
